Tell me exactly when was the last time you felt so much inspiration that you wrote a book over night, developed a super high-tech time machine, painted your own Picasso or felt like you are exploding & imploding thanks to your energy-level?

Sometimes life gets boring, negative or too stressful to stay inspired. That’s why we need to inspire ourself as much as we can! Here is a short list to encourage YOU to get a smoothie full of inspiration:
I. Youtube-fishing:

Youtube is full of motivational and inspirational stuff! Thats why I am saying go and fish your inspiration out from YOUTUBE.
Listen to some motivational speeches:
For example there are many commencement speeches online today. Colleges all over the World invite successful people like Steve Jobs, Obama, Bill Clinton etc. to held a speech so they can inspire new-graduates for their next step in life.
Here are some quotes from the legendary commencement speech of Steve Jobs:
- Follow your heart and trust that it knows where it’s going.
- The worst thing that could happen might turn out to be the best thing that could happen.
- Don’t let anything drown out your inner voice.
- Stay hungry. Stay foolish!!
S.Jobs

My first piece of advice is this. Don’t just get involved. Fight for your seat at the table. Better yet: fight for a seat at the head of the table.
Barack Obama
Watch some Ted-Talk videos on Youtube. Ted Talk is a platform where people from every professional field can share their inspiring ideas. Just imagine one idea from Ted Talks per week and you will get 48 ideas per year!!
II. Remind yourself about your achievements
One of the best advices I got from a very good friend of mine was to always look back at my achievements that I have already accomplished.

Make a list and remind yourself about all the obstacles and worries you had on your way to your goal. It will help you to identify your own strengths and weaknesses.
You can use your analyzation to pretend mistakes from happen the next time you want to hunt a similar goal. Furthermore, you will also get a lot of self-confidence when you look back to the problems and think WOW I was the one who overcame those hardships?!
III. Hiking day
Try to take one day of the week where you go out for hiking in a natural environment. For example go to the highest hill that is nearby. Go and hike in some vine-yards. Relax and reconnect with nature in a thick forest. Just keep some survival-kits with you to be ready for the case if a grizzly bear or Tiger wants to say hello to Mr./Mrs. Hiker 😉

IV. Monitor your progress
Keep a journal of inspiring things. Write them down into your diary or use some apps like Google-Notes to monitor your progress. In times when you need a reload of inspiration you will have a journal where you can get the type of inspiration to overcome your negativity.

V. Learn from history
History is something that is so valuable and has so much to offer. Moreover, it was never easier to read about human history. You are not only able to read the history of your village, city or country no you can read the history of every country and place of the WORLD thanks to the internet.
Today you can easily read the conquests of Alexander the Great or Napoleon on the internet. You can watch a documentary movie about Mahatma Ghandis demonstration.

You can also connect with historians all over the World via Skype & other platforms to get some knowledge about specific historical events from an expert.
Furthermore, it is so easy these days to travel the World. Visit historical places and feel the history live in front of yourself. Go to the Acropolis in Greece, visit the beautiful Hagia Sophia or spend some time in the pyramids to get your own view on ancient life.
I hope you will find at least one advice to get inspired!!
Good Tipps! 😉
